love the fantasy of a dog banana which Nigel Parkinson used for Banana Bunch in the Dandy a few years ago..

Also lovely Nutty logo and colours red yellow..

 Heres the first encounter with the Nerks..But here pink! I like Bananaman in this period where it didn't have to worry about the tv cartoon program and could be very zany and creative..

Paddy Brennan's Bunyan's Runaway! Topper 18th Sept 1965

I love Paddy's work his figure work and action is brilliant...love that leap and the figure falling backwards at an unusual angle to stop him bonging the gong!

The Topper's Mickey the Monkey by Dudley D Watkins...

The mouth looks like a skull and he is covered in blood rather than red paint!! GULP!

I love Dudley's use of movement...panel 9 is great!
Also its clever how he uses the crowd in the background to show Mickey moving backwards and forwards over the lake...

A Krazy comic Jubilee Edition 11th June 1977

Cover by Mike Lacey which he always signed...which is rare for Mike to do..

I think Auntie Daisy has burnt her hair! Love the scattering of Silver Jubilee bits and pieces throughout..

Nice Frank drew in Robert Nixon style for Buytonic Boy and Ian Knox style for Pongo..

Great shading of the cellar..

 I like how the story continues throughout the comic...
