There does not seem to be a thread dedicated to School Fun here, so I shall create one.

School Fun was another short-lived but fondly remembered funny comic. It was dedicated to funnies with school themes. It was launched on 15 October 1983, but only lasted for 33 issues before merging with Buster on 1 June 1984. While it lasted it produced some memorable strips such as Schoolditz and E.T.T. (Extra Terrestrial Teacher).

The lineup for School Fun was:
Junior Ed
Softy Sir
Coronation Street School
Creepy Crawler
Test Yourself Page
Time Bus
Walt Teaser
B.Ware - Caretaker
The School Team
E.T.T. (Extra Terrestrial Teacher)
Grange Hill Juniors
Teachers United
Ho-Ho Homework
Schoolditz
Young Arfur
School Belle

Later strips:

Willy Wonty
Slowcoach
 (started with Buster merger)

And here is the very first episode of Schoolditz. Most of their schemes to escape Schoolditz failed because the headmaster goofed up Gilligan-style.

Happy 75th Birthday The Beano 30th July 1938!

What a great line up of characters...The Beano has worked because of the strong characters and the unchanging quality of it..
The Beano editor thought in the 75th Birthday special £6.99 in WHSmiths or at the DC Thomson shop
https://www.dcthomsonshop.co.uk/Product-The_Beano_75th_Birthday_Bookazine(20130101)-DCS(2)-B75BZ(3123).aspx

He would of liked to have shown this issue in the book But he decided to show the first appearances of characters...so I'd thought it would be fun to show it here...

Another nice thing about The Beano is the artist stayed with the character for years and years and years...it really is impressive...

So well done The Beano and hope you never change..and that is to make us laugh..

The Dragon Family a new cartoon series by me..

Its a bit different for me mixing acrylics and a big thick black pen...But the result is quicker to read jokes and really stands out...whether I can think up any more ideas..who knows..But here is 7 good gags by me..

You can buy them as cards and prints at my new website shop..

Nice seeing this...

1961 Topper ghosted by Bill Ritchie! Its always fun seeing how well an artist can do different styles...this is a good Davy Law style...notice the horizon lines and different perspectives...Bill must of seen that in his work.

Beryl's Chatterbox Topper comic 1973-4

I wonder if these are caricutures of the editor and writers? As a good guess they must be..also love this time in Topper comic where it laughs at itself as seen above saying the Splodge story will be the usual rubbish!! Love this type of silly fun humour.

Inspired by Kazoop's post on The Shiver Givers from Shiver and Shake comic

The Sparky People was also another strip which had the characters from the comic making the actual comic!
It is a great fun idea.
The Dandy did Office Hours which didn't quite work for me...as it didn't have any of the Dandy characters in it.
