Bob McGrath's Wonder boy and The Three Bears

Bob's first Beano work. Its a shame this strip didn't take off...love the over the topness of it...

This is the The Three Bears artist who took over from Leo Baxendale in 1961. Bob did a great job his work really stood out in The Beano.

If you have the 1969 'BEANO' annual, PETER, '[BASH ST./IRON FISH cover] check out the 'BIFFO' story near the beginning, in which this DUDLEY-drawn story has spaces left in which BOB Mc GRATH filled in his own characters of BIFFO'S cousins. [the characters from the 2 artists actually touch in one frame]...

This extremely unusual example of WATKINS and another artist's work appearing in the same story would be a real coup for your site, PETER; if you can't find it, I'll look it out.
