From that amazing selection I would probably have bought The Beano and Buster which, if I had a shilling pocket money, would have left tuppence to spend on sweets.
Nice to see your blog back and running Peter as I don't do Facebook.
Its amazing that back in the 1960's there were so many comics available each week (and that's not including the Commando , War, Thriller, Spy etc. digest sized books and Alan Class reprints etc.) My brother and myself probably have had most of the following titles POW, Smach, Wham, Beano, Dandy, Buster and Beezer from that list with the possibility of also having some from of the others like the Sparky, Valiant , Lion and Victor as comics back them were very much within the pocket money realm. I vividly remember Giggle not a great comic (I think it was largely European and UK reprints) .
